Tim Ho Wan: Need a new hot spot for dim sum? In comes Time Ho Wan, the Hong Kong based dim sum chain. So what is so special about this place? First off, it is the lowest priced restaurant in the world to receive a Michelin star. Beyond that, their pork buns are unreal. The super famous spot in the East Village prides itself on their quality. In their words, “We make it today, we serve it today”.
Insider tip: try to go on an off time. At peak times, you could hit an hour or more wait. They are open for lunch everyday from 10am-3pm and dinner at 5pm-10pm.
