We thoroughly screen and interview every potential candidate. Through automated, written and hands-on evaluations, we can determine a candidate’s knowledge, skills and abilities.

We obtain reference information from at least two of the candidate’s most recent employers. We can also conduct education verification, personal reference checks and personality profiles.

At your request, we can perform additional background investigation; including criminal checks, substance abuse screening, and credit history searches.
